The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business(opens in new window) (AACSB) International, the world’s largest and most recognized business education alliance, announced that the Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business(opens in new window) has successfully extended its AACSB business accreditation for six years. This milestone applies to all business degree programs and illustrates the school’s continued commitment to providing top-tier education and developing leaders for The Intelligent Future(opens in new window).

Achieving AACSB accreditation involves a rigorous process that includes an in-depth self-assessment of internal practices and a thorough peer-review evaluation. Schools that earn this distinction meet the highest global standards in innovation, research and teaching, ensuring they continually strive for excellence in business education.

“This renewed AACSB accreditation underscores our commitment to delivering a world-class educational experience,” said Isabelle Bajeux-Besnainou(opens in new window), dean of the Tepper School. “We appreciate the opportunity to continue our partnership with AACSB, and to contribute to ongoing excellence in business education.”

The accreditation is endorsed by the AACSB Continuous Improvement Review Committee and ratified by the AACSB International Board of Directors, which ensures that accredited schools meet the highest standards of quality and integrity. This achievement positions the Tepper School to continue attracting talented individuals, expanding global networks, and shaping the future of business education.
