This past year, the dedicated members of the CMU community strove for sustainability here on Earth and reached for the stars. They developed technologies that will transform society to the benefit of all. They took home Oscar, Emmy and Tony awards and dozens of nominations. And the generosity of our donors and partners through Make Possible: The Campaign for Carnegie Mellon (opens in new window)helped to position the university at the frontier of what is possible.

Here are a few stories to showcase some of what Carnegie Mellon University accomplished this year.
